Well, had a little nausea today. I think it was somehow related to being a tad constipated & the toxic goo being trapped in the colon. I might attempt an enema this week to help clear things out and move them along… Ha ha, too much information, huh?

I haven’t really got much to report. Not quite so much brain fog, nor am I as tired as I was at first. Just slowly and steadily ramping up the dosage. I’m sure when I get up to 15 drops, that’ll be a different story. Oh, have had some loose stools, no diarrhea yet though. [...]
