Well, I must confess that I am an A plus slacker of late. I have to get back in the groove and I fully intend to. Someone suggested to me to use grape juice to mix with. I am going to look for a good, no added vitamin C and no added preservatives one. Might have to look into a good organic brand.

Yeah, pretty bad, huh? Four days in a row of skipping. I am planning on starting a ‘new’ program plan tomorrow. Only taking a pm dose to start. Later adding an am dose that is half what the pm one is.

it´s very simple! Have you read the book by Jim Humble who discovered the mms? Called ¨Breakthrough¨.
If you had you would know the less painful, less yucky and more successful way to take it!
i would recommend going back to 2 drops,start again, armed with the correct info.
do it like a religion,morning and night,
only on a FULL STOMACH!
Increase the dose by 1 drop per dose.
(When you start getting nausea or diarrhea, go back to the previous dose for the next 2 doses.And take a spoon of vitaminC if it´s real bad to stop it straight away)
Taking it with citric acid (from the supermkt…cheap) has proved to be the most successful method. Use 5 drops of citric acid solution to every 1 drop of mms.
(To make up the citric acid solution… 9 level table spoons of water to 1 tablespoon of citric acid crystals. Stir to dissolve)
Wait 3 minutes.
Add 220ml water or grape juice or apple juice or pineapple juice.You have to make it fresh yourself as most comp
Doing it this way makes it very easy to take, and easy to progress to 15 drops. Stay on 15 drops for a week, 3 times a day.
Then 4 – 6 drops a day mainenance dose.
