I was just looking back thru the entries and I have been sick 4 times since starting MMS protocol. Dec 5th, Dec 19th, Jan 9th and now, Feb 3. I must be so toxic, with so much work for MMS to do, that it can’t even begin to get a foothold on helping my immune [...]

So far so good with my ramp up. No real side effects yet in doing it this way (small dose in am and ramp-up dose in pm).
