Drawing back and another cold?

Well, it appears as if my body has way too much goop and too many critters to have any MMS left over to help my immune system out. I have a head cold. I hate colds. I hate the sinus pressure. I hate the stuffed nose. I hate the sore throat. I hate all the phlegm and snot. Gaaaahhh!

What the heck is MMS doing to my digestion?

Gah! Sometimes when I eat my stomach bloats out like a pregnant woman 8 months along. This morning was horrible, not only the bloat, but nausea and just overall feeling of yuck. I am not liking this at all. I am sure that the MMS is busy killing something really nasty in my digestive track, but I do not like feeling this bad. I might draw back on the doses for a bit.

I was planning on doing a half dose of MMS tonight, but just could not bring myself to do it. I have to be wary to not start associating the nausea and malaise feeling to the taste of MMSed apple juice or then we shall have trouble.  Today, that association is so there. Just the thought of the taste of it makes me queasy. Not good. I hope tomorrow I’ll be able to take it with no problem…

Also, I am going to try using digestive enzymes with my meals and taking a pro-biotic once a day to see if I can get my digestive system working better.

Ah, why have I skipped these last few days? Well, I have been helping my in-laws move and let’s just say the diarrhea detox side effect that the higher doses of MMS were giving me is not conducive to a happy packing and moving adventure. Done with that for now and back on MMS this morning. Although I will ease back up to the higher dose slowly. 

A cold coming on

I have to say that my preschooler son has generously shared his cold germs with mommy. I have classic head cold symptoms that started last night and got worse today. I also have to say that I skipped my MMS last night because for  the majority of the day I had a ring of fire and I am not talking about the earthquake activity in the Pacific Ocean. I was running to the bathroom what felt like all day long and it got painful. I wanted to give my poor self a rest on that lovely side-effect of detox if only for a day. I am taking it today, but on a smaller more frequent level. Need to bust out this cold and not bust out the other end, you know.

5 + 5 is sooo better…

…with a splash of Murray’s Apple Cider (with no preservatives or sweeteners added). I can take this now. With the combination of the strongness of the higher drop dosage and the fact that my tongue and tastebuds are squeaky clean, had to do something about that taste. I had wanted to not use anything but water for the mixing, was thinking that was purer, more effective that way, but the taste got me. That’s alright though, with the diarrhea I had yesterday, I sure know it’s working! It’s blowing stuff out of me that there is no telling how old or what it is. This is a good thing.

One other thing I think is for sure, taken on an empty stomach really makes it effective. I think food in the stomach might even absorb or change the MMS upon contact or something. I just tell it is working when I take it in the am on an empty stomach – yowza!

Tastes Like…

evil! The taste now at 9 drops is sooo bad. OMG, yuck, it makes me gag. The taste is more than just bleachy…it has become just plain nasty. I actually skipped it this morning because just the thought of the taste was making me nauseous. This is not good. I plan on taking two 5 drop portions tonight. I hope this works otherwise I don’t know how on earth I would make it to 15 or more drops

 I must say I had the “big D” going on all day on Friday (11/30). That was fun. One thing I have also noted is that my taste buds are cleaner, so to speak. Everything has more taste and spicy foods are almost too spicy now. Hmmm, I don’t know if I like that or not. Nothing else to report.

Still Plugging Away…

Today is day 13 and I’ve moved on up to 8 drops…still no major issues. Still no major things cleared up either. Still have a little residual phlegm to cough up at times. I started using the citric acid solution this pm. Was using fresh squeezed lemon juice up to this point. Mmmmm, nice bleachy flavor – ick. It is getting pretty strong tasting now.

Well, had a little nausea today. I think it was somehow related to being a tad constipated & the toxic goo being trapped in the colon. I might attempt an enema this week to help clear things out and move them along… Ha ha, too much information, huh?

Another check in

I haven’t really got much to report. Not quite so much brain fog, nor am I as tired as I was at first. Just slowly and steadily ramping up the dosage. I’m sure when I get up to 15 drops, that’ll be a different story. Oh, have had some loose stools, no diarrhea yet though. The smell is worse that a sewage treatment plant.  Better out than in for sure. Also, the three problems from last post (toothache, lymph and throat woes) are all gone now.

Toothache in right upper jaw/tooth is back
Left lymph node it slightly swollen
Throat is a little achy as well

Hopefully, these are all just herx (Herxheimer Reaction is a short-term detoxification reaction in the body. feeling worse before you feel better so to speak) die-off symptoms and will pass very soon.
